VALUE ADDED
APPROACHES
CAMPUS CULTURE
DCSMAT believes in a value driven
organisational culture that motivates
students, staff, faculty members and our
stake holders to think of education as
something that helps to unfold and
express oneself to be performers and
achievers through learning and self
realization. The campus propagates the
DCian family culture where members
accept each others’ strengths and
weaknesses, pain and pleasures and
thereby support and groom its family
members to be mentally stable and
physically agile to live, learn and lead. The
institute induces cent percent hard work,
self regulation and self discipline so that
its members should be known as
outstanding, situational decision makers
when faced with dynamic changes.
DCSMAT understands that there are no
shortcuts to becoming achievers in their
personal and professional life. The value
system inculcated in DCian members
help them be prepared for a paradigm
shift from literacy to education, being
reactive to proactive, being lead by
others to being initiators, competition to
collaboration, self centeredness to team
centeredness, casualness to creativity,
inactivity to competency to become
exceptional professionally and
personally. The institute induces self
discipline rather than supervision.
INDUCTION PROGRAM
Since the students are from different
academic backgrounds the institute
provides a 20-30 day induction program
to set their goal towards corporate entry.
In this induction program the students
are exposed to various inbound and
outbound programs like team building,
leadership, communication, role plays,
etc. to remove the inhibitions of
students and thereby take up
responsibilities of the corporate world.
DYNAMIC MEDITATION AND YOGA
The practice of Yoga is of very high
importance and can have a very huge
beneficial effect on the entire body. It

maintains the smooth functioning and
of our body systems and helps students
to boost their energy level and maintain
their enthusiasm. Keenness and
activeness throughout the day to
engage in the curricular and cocurricular
activities which are part of
institutional grooming process is a
natural by-product.
Wellness of an individual is achieved only
through perfect health standards.
Students are exposed to Dynamic
Meditation and Yoga that is to be
practiced daily and made a part of their
day to day life. It helps students to be
mentally agile and-physically stable to
perform their responsibilities with
courage and confidence.
OUTBOUND LEARNING
Environmental manipulation is one of
the methods in which students’
perception about their personal and
professional life can be better moulded.
