The philosophic underpinnings stated above are planned to be achieved through a range of pedagogic inputs and learning themes built into the program design. These include:
- Equal importance of and complementarity between learning in the contact class room process and other non traditional teaching tools like group discussions, debate, presentations etc.
- During the campus sessions, the classes will serve as an opportunity for clarification, synthesis and integration of concepts previously studied by participants in the off-campus . Discussions, group-work, case analysis and simulation will form part of the learning agenda.
- Exercises to enhance the understanding of concepts and "Applications Exercises" will strengthen participant's ability to assimilate the learning and develop the linkage between rigors of theory to relevance of practice.
Application of knowledge and customization are the two fundamental features of the architecture of the program .At every stage, participants will be encouraged to introspect with a view to inculcating in them an ability to use intellectual curiosity to handle real life problems and learn from the outcomes.
