Dear Candidate,

From 2008, we would be having a dramatic change in our PGDM programmes.
We would be moving to a

‘Three Cornered Collaborative Model of Learning’ with Industry, Faculty and Students collaborating on live issues that concern the industry.
Teams of faculty and students will be attached to firms for extended periods and will be longitudinally analysing them in their totality. The traditional management subjects of each trimester will be the source for analysing the firms while the firm data will be the source for understanding the subjects. Beyond solving the organizational puzzles, this collaborative model will also be an exploration by the students into their own selves to discover their identities that lead to competitive advantages for them. In nutshell, it will be an exploration into a firm to discover the firm and more importantly oneself. We actively seek bright young students who would like to be in this journey of iteration from industry to classroom to books / journals, one’s inner selves and back.
