QUALITE’ 07
As a part of corporate workshop series, DCSMATs School of Media and Business, organized a two day National Workshop, on “Quality Management System- ISO 9001- 2000” on 21st and 22nd February 2007.’QUALITE’ 07’ was a national workshop and certification programme and it was about "Quality Management System- ISO 9001- 2000". The programme was conducted on 21st and 22nd February ,2007. The trainers for the programme were Mr. A.V Krishnan (GM, BHEL) and Mr.Anil Kumar(DGM, BHEL).

BUDGET ANALYSIS 2007- 2008
DCSMAT School of Media and Business organized “Budget Analysis 2007- 2008” along with India Development Foundation on March 1st 2007 at Techno Park, Trivandrum. It was organized to make the participants aware of the changing faces of the Indian Economy and business in the new financial year and analyze the outcomes of the new budget on corporate India and Development Sector. The workshop was addressed by Mr. Shubhashis Gangopadhyay ( Founder, Director- IDF) and Mr. Amir Ullah Khan (Fellow, IDF). Dignitaries from various government organizations, officials, corporates, institution heads, senior and middle level managers attended the workshop. The event was coordinated by the PGDM batch 2006- 2008.

NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMME
the training on neuro linguistic programme was held in June, 2007. It was held under the guidance of Col. James Jacob, who has had a handful of experience in molding the army men. The training program helped the students to understand how verbal and non-verbal communication affects the human brain. It helped the students to realize their potential, set clear goals, understand and reduce stress, achieve higher levels of personal effectiveness and self-mastery. The new generation managers should be capable of mastering the art of working with other people to influence and motivate to achieve corporate goals.

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS
The training program included awareness related to three ego states, life positions, strokes, life scripts, game,s etc. Transactional Analysis training was also taken by Col. James Jacob.The students learned about the importance of states of mind and ego and states in various transactions in business, How far the awareness of self and understanding of ego states support better Human Resource Management, Customer Relation Management, Sales and Marketing and other .Business Communication and Business Operation processes will be well understood by the students through this training program.
