         Prof. Rama Bharatha Varma holds an M. Phil in English and Postgraduate degrees in English, Advertising & Public Relations and Marketing. Both a poet and an artist, he has four volumes of English Poems and several painting exhibitions to his credit. A reputed management trainer, Prof Varma has conducted training programmes for many corporates. He has got thirty seven years of postgraduate teaching experience.Prof. Sreekumar is a Fellow of IIM (A) and holds an MBA from CUSAT and a BE in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He worked at SAIL from 1988 – 1990 and has been with Goa University as Dean, Faculty of Management Studies from 1990. He has held many illustrious positions that include visiting professor to University of Avero, Portugal and IIM (K) and has also traveled to the US, Germany, Portugal and Ireland on academic assignments. He has also published articles and chapters in various journals and books. An intellectual who religiously adheres to the Case Study Method, Prof. Sreekumar’s specialization areas are Quantitative Methods and Strategy. He is actively involved in the governing of DCSMAT B- School and is in residence this academic year.

Dr. N. SASIDHARAN NAIR
PRINCIPAL
         Dr. Nair who has over 40 Years of academic and administrative experience in teaching and research has done his Ph.D in Problems and Prospects of India’s Export Trade with Gulf countries at Madurai Kamaraj University. He holds a post graduate degree in Commerce from the University of Kerala and has 15 years of post-doctoral research experience. He was both the guide and adjudicator of countless MBA ,M.Phil dissertations and is an approved guide for Ph.D at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.He has prodused many Ph.Ds to his credit. He was member of the senate of the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University for two terms. His many credentials include being member of many statutory bodies of universities, member of the Board of Examiners,Board of Studies and member of Board of Question Setters for UG, PG and M.Phil courses in Commerce at several universities and autonomous colleges. He was also Associate Member of the Association of Secretaries and Managers, Calcutta and a Fellow Member of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

R K VIJAY KRISHNAN
Professor
          Shri Vijay Krishnan has a degree in Economics and Political Science and PG in Personnel Management t& Industrial Relations from the Cochin University of Science en\and Technology and has received advanced training in Management at the Department of Management Studies, Leeds University, UK, under the Colombo Plan. He has over 35 years of corporate experience, in HRM, Industrial Relations and Public Relations. He had along stint with FACT, Cochin, the premier Central Govt Undertaking in Kerala and left it in 2002 while functioning as DyGM{Personnel &IRI] and joined Mathrubhumi as GM{HRD & Trg} . He left Mathrubhumi towards the end of 2006 to start his own HR Training and Consultancy endeavor based at Cochin. During this period, he developed an exclusive package for training on Organizational Synergy and Teamwork for Executives and employees of multi-unit Undertakings, blending such techniques as Organizational Mirroring and Appreciative Inquiry. This was tried out in the MILMA units of Malabar and won much appreciation. Before joining DCSMAT Media School, he was with ICFAI National College,for a short while as Regional Coordinator, Kerala. He, has had training at various reputed establishments in India such as ASCI, NITIE, XLRI and Shiram Institute for IR .Before joining DCSMAT, he was continuously associated with a number of Management Education Institutions in Kerala. He has conducted numerous in-house and external training programs for professional bodies such as KMA, NIPM, KSPC, Calicut Magmt Assn,Central Board of Worker’ Education besides for major establishments in the Public and Private domains such as, Cochin Shipyard, Hindustan Newsprints, Hindustan Insecticides Ltd, Kearla Agro machinery Corporation, MILMA, Kerala Feeds Ltd, Aspinwal Ltd, Southern Investments Ltd, Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd, Kerala Chemicals & Proteins ltd etc..

RAJARATNAM .T .S

          Rajaratnam holds a Masters degree in Economics and Business Administration. He has 20 years of varied experience in the industry, academics and project consulting. He has associated with various projects and consultancy services conducted by the State Government and international NGOs. He has also conducted in-house training programmes and developed training modules for different clusters. Has attended various national level seminars and workshops conducted by EDI, CSEIM, TCS etc. He is in charge of the Consultancy, Research and Training Cell at DCSMAT Media School and also the coordinator of the Marketing Club MARKUS.

SUDHIR KUMAR
Asst Professor
        Sudhir Kumar is a post graduate in Management with specialization in Personnel Management. He has about 17 years of experience in Industry and academics. Prior to joining DCSMAT he has served as a consultant with NSRCEL at IIM Banglore. He was also a consultant with International Finance Corporation (World Bank) for a research study in collaboration with IIMB. He has served as visiting faculty with several institutes and Universities like NIPM, IMK, CUSAT etc for there MBA programs in the area of Human Resorces Organaizational Behaviour and Marketing. His doctoral thesis on the "Role of learning and Development in Technoogy Transfer to Small & Medium Firms" is the final stage of completion.

LEKSHMI.P
Asst Professor
        She hold her masters in Business Administration from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, after her bachelors in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University. She has put in nine years of service in industry in the field of administration as well as Human Resources Management . She always had a passion of teaching for the reason she had handled sessions of management graduates in various institutions offering courses of various universities including ICFAI INC, Madurai Kamaraj University, Bharathiyar University. She has attended Faculty development Programme offered by ICFAI at Hydrabad. Her area of interst are Finance and HRM.

BOSE GEORGE. P.
LECTURER
          Bose George holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has three years of experience both in the industry and academics. Before joining DCSMAT he had worked with The New Indian Express and ICICI Bank in the marketing Department. He has attended AICTE sponsored one month Faculty Development Programme organized by IIM Kozhikode. His areas of interest are Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics and Retail Management. He is also the coordinator of Arts and Sports Club, DC RAINDROPS.

SANESH. P .V
LECTURER
          Sanesh. P.V. holds MBA in Finance and Marketing from CMS College Coimbatore, Bharathiyar University. He has eight years experience in teaching and industry. As a committed teacher he had successfully implemented Rank and Personality Development Oriented Management Study System. He has held many responsible positions in the field of academics like Head of the MBA Department and Acting Principal in a college affiliated to M.G. University. He has also worked as Administration Manager and General Manager with a multi national business group. His areas of interest are Security Analysis, Finance, Retail management and Advertisement management. He is the coordinator of the Finance club DC ASSETS.
