method forces students to grapple with
exactly the kinds of decisions and
dilemmas managers confront every day.
In doing so, it redefines the traditional
educational dynamic in which the
professor dispenses knowledge and
students passively receive it.”

RESEARCH CELL
The institute has a research cell with
expertise in different areas of
management to undertake various
market researches and consultancies.
Moreover the students have to
undertake research projects and surveys
in their area of specialization to develop
research aptitude and equip them with
application of statistical skills.
STUDY TEAMS
The learning approach includes team
based assignments. The objective of this
approach is to develop group behaviour
and team involvement in meeting tasks.
Teams are given opportunity to make
presentations which in turn help them
to develop better communication and
interpersonal skills and adaptive skills.
FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSIONS
The objective of students’ participation
in Focus Group Discussions is to enable
them to discuss topics which have relevance in contemporary business
changes and challenges under the
supervision of external professionals
from the industry with the support of
faculty members. This further enables
students to be in tune with the global
business environment.
PARTICIPATION IN SEMINARS,
WORKSHOPS AND SUMMITS
To develop intellectual abilities and
interaction skills, the students will be sent
to seminars, workshops and business
summits conducted by CII, NHRD, AIMA,
NIPM, etc. It provides new insights and
understanding on various business
topics, which will be conveyed through
business experts and the intellectual elite
to the business graduates. Better
awareness of business environment will
enable the students to be in tune with
the corporate requirements in quality
and deliverables.
MINI SEMINARS
Students are exposed to monthly mini
seminars, inviting eminent personalities from
the corporate world having long experience.
These mini seminars would help them to realize
the expertise of the corporate leaders, in
managing, leading and organising industrial
elements towards business success in a
dynamic business environment.
CEO SEMINARS
To get an entrepreneurial vision of Chief
Executive Officers, the institute facilitates CEO
seminars within the campus that equips
students with different perspectives and
knowledge in managing an organization
with multifaceted skills. It further sharpens the
business aptitude and business intelligence
of students beyond their functional
specializations, by looking at business
operations through lateral thinking.
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
The institute will be providing soft skills
training in areas like personality development,
negotiation skills, interpersonal relationship
skill, presentation skills, public speaking,
leadership skills, interview techniques,
business etiquette, time management and
stress management that ensure proper
grooming of students to present themselves
to the corporate world with confidence.
FOREIGN LANGUAGES TRAINING
Two foreign languages will be extended to
students in the first two trimesters. In the first
trimester French will be offered and in the
second trimester Spanish language will
be taught. The purpose of providing
foreign languages is to ensure their
smooth entry in MNCs.
INSTITUTIONAL SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The institute engages business graduate students in compulsory social work and community development as a part of fulfillment of the curriculum in each trimester. The students are given opportunity to teach English language, Hindi language, computer literacy, etc to the children studying in schools of rural areas. This inculcates an attitude of social consciousness and social responsibility.

awareness, humaneness and
environmental consciousness and
thereby make students conscious
enough to live as a respectable member
of society, social and community work
is essential. Social consciousness further
prepares our students to take up
corporate social responsibilities when
they get into industries.

DYNAMIC MEDITATION AND YOGA
The practice of Yoga is of very high importance and can have a very huge beneficial effect on the entire body. It maintains the smooth functioning of body systems and helps students to boost their energy level and maintain their enthusiasm. Keenness and activeness throughout the day to engage in the curricular and co curricular activities which are part of institutional grooming process is a natural by-product. Wellness of an individual is achieved only through perfect health standards. Students are exposed to Dynamic Meditation and Yoga that is to be practiced daily and made a part of their day to day life. It helps students to be mentally agile and-physically stable to perform their responsibilities with courage and confidence
